Sherry and Mike Hill Tucson, AZ
Though Sherry and Mike Hill did not have much experience in the restaurant industry when they opened their Wingstop franchise in 200?, they knew the key to success was building exceptional customer service and made it a priority from day one. Mike also suggests building a strong support staff and investing the time to properly train employees to ensure the service is up to par. Before taking over full-time as the primary manager over all operations for the Hills’ restaurant, Sherry worked as an office manager and bookkeeper. Sherry says she is able to be hands-on with the customers and each day never fails to bring a new challenge. The Hills originally opened the franchise as a way to build for retirement, but the business has become something more.
“As soon as we decided to open a franchise, we knew we’d go with Wingstop, Hill said. “We were familiar with the brand and loved the concept. Our goal is to continue building the business across Tucson. Hard work, dedication to our customers and advertising support from corporate has been the key all the way.”
