Professional Design and Construction Services

Wingstop offers professional architectural, design and engineering services on a fee basis. You are free to retain other qualified professionals, but we think you’ll find our services will save time and money and yield the best results.

Our in-house team of architects planned and designed the majority of Wingstop restaurants currently open. They understand the little things that can make a big difference for you.

New Construction or Remodeling

Whether your location is in an existing in-line neighborhood shopping center or one yet to be built, our design and construction team will help you select a general contractor and will help you manage the construction process, including getting all necessary permits.

We look for good neighbors – ones that serve strong “daily needs” such as video stores and coffee houses. Large chain grocery stores and big box stores such as Wal-Mart help drive traffic to your location.

We’re good neighbors, too. Our business model generates prized evening traffic and our high percentage of carry out business means we require few parking spaces.

Interior Finish Out

Wingstop designs and installs the décor package for every store. We also have a preferred list of vendors from which you can choose to supply the furniture, fixtures and equipment needed to complete your restaurant.
