As a Wingstop brand partner, you and your General Manager will participate in an intensive four-week orientation at Wingstop corporate offices in Dallas. When you complete this training you’ll be ready to perform every job in your restaurant and teach others to do them.

This isn’t just taking notes! You’ll be put in role-playing situations to give you the most realistic training possible, including a four-day exercise during which you will run our training store as if it were your own. The exercise is the culmination of the hands-on training you’ll receive in these essential functions:

Pre-Opening Training

Home Office training provides you with valuable access to the collective knowledge of our excellent trainers. But there’s nothing quite like getting your own employees together in your own store to prepare for opening day.

You get the best of both worlds when the Wingstop Training department sends a special Opening Team to your restaurant as many as five days prior to opening, so your staff can get thorough preparation and you get a quick refresher.

On-Going Training

Continuous training is available through a number of resources. Wingstop’s annual convention offers special classes each year, and we constantly help you learn and earn more through the Wingstop intranet, which connects all brand partners, affiliates and home office staff.
